This time the theme is "Anything goes" so there is no excuse for not participating in this one
Those of you that have been looking at my stuff for a while know that I love to use beautiful images and "make" them into something different.... (cute to halloween for an example)...
This time I've been using a stunning image and used her on a "steampunk" background...

Coloring is a "no line" and done with copics and polychromos but wich one I've used..... I have no idea... sorry
